to issue an installation warranty on your own, right on the spot in
the customer’s home.
Lifetime Warranty

Lifetime Limited Warranty. This non-prorated warranty to the original
owner provides protection against manufacturing defects, including
materials and labor. The warranty also offers hail damage protection
and is transferable with up to 50 years of prorated protection should
the original owner decide to sell their home.
Qualifications for Becoming a Member of the Heartland
Certified Remodeler Program
To join the Certified Remodeler program, you must have:
A minimum of 3 years experience in a renovation business
At least 25 residential jobs completed yearly
Recommendation from a Heartland Distributor
5 Customer References in writing
Proof of insurance/ license
Testing verification to VSI installation standards
Offer of Labor Warranty
